Help is at hand for curry lovers with dietary intolerances …. in the shape of Anila's Authentic Sauces.
The premium curry sauces are dairy-free, gluten-free, sugar-free, and don't contain any onions or garlic, which means they are suitable for those who are allium intolerant.

"My products are based on the traditional recipes that I use at home, and have become popular with people who have special dietary requirements or need to avoid certain ingredients," explains Anila Vaghela, who founded the family firm in 1997.
"The curry sauces are perfect for families where different members have different dietary needs, as they are suitable for coeliacs, vegans and those who are following a dairy-free diet. It means everyone can sit down and enjoy the same meal."
Anila's also produces 16 varieties of mouth-watering 'handmade' chutneys, pickles and dips, which are made with single fruits and vegetables.
