Got the big 5-0 coming up? Getting excited? Well, it is reckoned to be the new 40, or is that actually the new 30? Whatever, we're all just getting younger, sexier and generally more fabulous as the years go by.
So what's the trick to looking fabulous at 50? There are lots of tips, tricks and tactics for looking and feeling fabulous at fifty. Here are a few of them:
1. At this fork in the road of your life you can either go down the comfy, cosy, mumsy, don't-care-about-my-image route... or you can shake yourself out of this defeatist torpor and rethink your attitude
2. Keep up or take up some form of exercise: yoga, pilates, dancing, swimming... It's good for your present and future health, your energy levels, body shape, self-esteem and soul
