If you have read my profile, you will know that even as co-founder of Be Happy Be Healthy, like so many others, I still have my own ups and downs when it comes to my own health and fitness.
I am sure many of you have heard of Twitter, mainly thanks to Barack Obama, Stephen Fry and Jonathan Ross, to name just a few. Well, I thought I would see what the fuss is all about and decided to "follow" a few people including friends to see if could grasp why there has been so much fuss!.
Well, I can now see what the fuss is and it can be a little addictive if not careful! However, it got me thinking that actually this can be a fantastic support tool and so I have decided to use it as a way of putting down what I am feeling, doing, eating (the good and the bad) which all goes towards to being much healthier, fitter and happier. It is also a great way to follow some of the other people and organisations we work with here at Be Happy Be Healthy!
