One of the key aspects of Be Happy Be Healthy is to find out what works in the real world. We are real people to so we also have our ups and downs, find it hard to get motivated or feel under too much pressure and we have also been bewildered and bombarded with health advice or find it unrealistic or impractical.

This is why we want to hear from you. If you want to share your thoughts on what you do to keep healthy, makes you happy, makes you smile, how you cope in a crisis please let us know as your own  experience may well help many others.

Often its just the simplist and cheapest things that work like getting a few people together to exercise, making it safer and more motivating. Might not seem a big deal to you but to many the hardest part is just making that first step.
